Job description

Performs daily duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and working in laundry room. Room attendants promote a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, and friendly.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to)**:

- Enters and prepares the room for cleaning.
- Cleaning of guest bathroom/bedroom, and guest hallways.
- Checks vacant clean rooms.
- Replenishing of amenities according to the operational standards.
- Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
- Perform rotation cleaning duties, deep cleaning.
- Responsible for labeling, and turning in lost & found items.
- Responsible for guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned.
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction.
- Perform laundry room duties including sorting, folding of linens and towels and operating laundry machines

**Qualifications and Skills**

**PREREQUISITES**:

- Physical mobility and stamina required
- Ability to carry out significant amounts of lifting, bending and stretching
- Ability to follow instruction
- Detail-oriented
- Professional attitude is required
- Ability to work in a team or independently.
- Available weekday and weekend mornings
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.50 per hour
