Jepca Holdings is looking for a full-time Fleet Administrator. The Administrator must have excellent clerical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. They will need to have strong time management skills to ensure all daily responsibilities are completed.

**Job Summary**

Reporting to the Fleet Operations Manager, the duties and responsibilities of the Fleet Administrator include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Welcomes shop visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone
- Answering customer questions or referring inquiries to the appropriate person
- Enters Jepca customer invoices (customer billing)
- Coordinates office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Assist with parts inventory as needed
- Creating new ‘parts inventory’ codes in the system of record as needed
- Maintains payables
- Facilitating and organizing of Axon software
- Maintain appropriate levels of involvement in customer issues requiring resolution
- Work together with the administrative staff in Red Deer to ensure all paperwork is being completed and filed in a timely manner
- Assists with Product/Parts Receiving as needed
- Assists with Purchase Order/Procurement tasks as needed
- Support Dispatch administration
- Cover for Dispatcher when they are on holidays, sick, or weekends off, etc.
- Other administrative duties as assigned

**Required Qualifications**
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Accountable and dependable
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and/or Google Apps
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality of work
- Good organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills
- Able to demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with customer service preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with Inventory Management an asset

**Working Conditions**
- Work in a busy, open office area with constant interruptions
- Able to work on a computer for long periods of time
- Able to comfortably answer phones and give consistent customer service
- May spend long hours in intense concentration which requires attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Required to meet deadlines which may cause stress

**Schedule**

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM (some overtime may be required on occasion).

*This is an on-site position and does not qualify for a hybrid opportunity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
