**Data Analyst**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Generate analysis to gain insights that lead to increase in the adoption of products, increased customer success, retention, expansion, and profitability
- Own and build product dashboards, and provide ad-hoc analytical support
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets to develop a thorough understanding of Cohesity's products, users, and sales channels
- Work with data engineering teams to validate data integrity, develop new tools or processes, and improve underlying data infrastructure
- Monitor, optimize, and report on metrics and split-test results
- Effectively present and communicate analysis to the company leadership to drive business decisions
- Create and maintain documentation that includes data dictionaries of metrics

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- 2+ years of related work experience in data analyst roles, NCG considered
- Experience extracting insights using advanced SQL and Tableau skills to work effectively at scale
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to answer unstructured business questions and work independently to drive projects to completion
- Self-directed, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Superb communication skills, and good work ethic
- Hands on experiences with Tableau, Snowflake, Python, R, RedShift, or BigQuery, Salesforce, JIRA, PHP, Python
- Experience working in a SaaS business
- BA or BS degree in data engineering, economics, mathematics, statistics or computer science/engineering
