**Job Title: Assistant General Manager - Supplement King North Vancouver**

**Responsibilities**:
**Schedule Management**:

- Efficiently manage the daily schedule, including demo’s and staff events.

**Customer Experience**:

- Ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience by overseeing staff adherence to established sales steps.

**Order Processing**:

- Address online order discrepancies promptly and implement corrective actions.

**Inventory and Merchandising**:

- Supervise merchandising activities to enhance the store's visual appeal.
- Manage price tags, brand counts, stock rotation, and monitor short-dated products.

**Store Maintenance**:

- Oversee cleaning and organizing activities to maintain a clean and organized store environment.

**Supplies and Training**:

- Manage inventory of supplies, including office and cleaning supplies.
- Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure they are well-informed and equipped.

**Communication and Documentation**:

- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager by sending product pictures and providing updates on new items.
- Ensure accurate documentation of items needed, returns in Asana, new items information, and customer callback sheets.

**Task Management**:

- Take full charge of the daily task sheet, tracking brand counts, cleaning, and assigning tasks to staff accordingly.

**Financial Management**:

- Manage cash drawer operations securely.
- Contribute to scorecard management, ensuring brand counts are completed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or health and wellness industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of nutritional supplements is an asset.
