We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our team in MONCTON, NEW BRUNSWICK. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in accelerating our growth, breaking down walls *quite literally, and ensuring our customers are happy. **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT MANAGER**
Each day you come to work you get to embark on a journey as a Project Manager, where your influence extends beyond ensuring timely project completion to becoming the trusted face of our company. You are the linchpin connecting property owners, adjusters, and insurance companies, establishing a foundation of trust that goes beyond mere transactions. Your day involves expertly consulting with clients, addressing their inquiries, and diligently following up to guarantee absolute customer satisfaction. Crafting precise quotations, managing job costing, and providing accurate estimates are second nature to you. You love what you do and it shows
The details of each project are fun, you meticulously inspect progress and work quality, ensuring seamless alignment with emergency and rebuild timelines, in strict adherence to policies and guidelines. Your expertise extends to managing diverse restoration claims, encompassing water and fire damage in both residential and commercial settings. Resolving disputes and complaints is not just a duty but an art for you, executed with cheerfulness and professionalism every single day.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3-5 years of Restoration/Construction industry experience is a must
- Knowledge of building construction and codes - Canada
- Experience with Xactimate is a BONUS
- Experience planning and monitoring budgets
- Valid driver's license
- Clean criminal record
- Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
- Work activities may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
