Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various domains, including GPS surveying, product development, and organizational initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams through effective team management and supervision, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure project requirements are met efficiently.
  • Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk management, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and requirements management to align project deliverables with stakeholder expectations.
  • Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during project execution.
  • Monitor project performance through data analysis skills and data collection techniques; prepare presentations for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project management methodology.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and executive leadership to maintain transparency.
  • Lead product management initiatives including product development and product implementation projects.

Experience

  • Proven experience in project management with a strong background in managing large-scale projects.
  • Supervising experience leading diverse teams across multiple projects or programs with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Extensive vendor management experience including negotiation skills to optimize vendor relationships and deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of requirements gathering/requirements management processes and GPS systems.
  • Experience in risk management strategies to identify potential issues proactively and develop mitigation plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards across projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Effective presentation skills complemented by strong communication skills essential for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
