This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will ensure that all areas are kept clean, safe, and welcoming for both employees and visitors.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in various commercial spaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies and free from debris.
- Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed to uphold facility standards.
- Dispose of waste materials properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by management.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while managing time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly.
