Manufacturing Facility Operator

**Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Manufacturing Facility Operator - Office Support to handle both operational support and administrative tasks within our manufacturing plant. This role involves coordinating production documentation, maintaining inventory records, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
**Responsibilities & Duties**:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining daily production reports and logs.
- Enter production and inventory data into ERP or tracking systems.
- Coordinate with floor supervisors to track job orders, materials usage, and output.
- Monitor supply levels and create requisitions for materials or tools.
- Maintain filing systems for work orders, safety documents, and inspection records.
- Communicate with vendors, logistics, and purchasing teams as needed.
- Help ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Provide general office support such as printing labels, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform quality checks and report any issues or defects to supervisors.
- E2 experience (preferred).
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in office administration or manufacturing a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial office setting.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook; ERP software experience preferred).
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, terminology, and workflows.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read and understand technical instructions and blueprints.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Pay: From $35.40 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
