As a Mortgage Agent you will be responsible for maximizing the development of residential mortgage business from third party referral sources such as real estate agents, lawyers, financial planners, and centres of influence with the goal of bringing new customers.

**This role is 100% commission pay structure, which puts your future in your own hands There is no Cap on how much you can earn or make.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Close mortgage loans with borrowers.
- Speak to borrowers and explain the differences between mortgage loan options.
- Research mortgage rates and determine the best rate for borrowers.
- Meet with prospective borrowers and identify their needs and financial goals.
- Explain the loan process to prospective borrowers.
- Work directly with clients to obtain a new mortgage, refinance an existing loan, or obtain a second mortgage.

Rebel Mortgage Home Financing Solutions has a boutique feel where you’ll own your market and be fully supported by our Sales Leaders.
- You’ll be given the tools you need to help your clients with the advice necessary for them to realize their home ownership goals.
- You’ll have access to an industry-leading suite of mortgage products, from lenders like TD, Scotia Bank, HSBC, National Bank, including our HELOC products such as FlexLine, STEP and ManulifeONE products.
- You’ll be able to offer solutions for rental property financing, purchase-plus improvements, and customers who are business-for-self, high-net worth, or new to Canada.
- Our underwriting model is very different, which means you’ll get to partner with a dedicated Rebel Mortgage Underwriter who will provide one-touch service for underwriting, condition fulfillment, and deal escalation.
- Our model is efficient, fast, and rooted in common sense lending principles, with options from Alt A, and B Lenders as well as Private Lenders.
- Unique lead generation programs, marketing and social selling programs, CRM and loyalty program paid for and supported by the Banks we work with, and much more..

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$220,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
