We specialize in large-scale projects for major retailers, including epoxy flooring systems, concrete polishing, and surface preparation. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to join a team that values skill and rewards hard work.

We are seeking experienced Concrete & Epoxy Flooring Technicians. You will be responsible for executing high-quality work on commercial and industrial sites, using state-of-the-art equipment and premium materials.

**Duties**
- Surface preparation: grinding, shot blasting, scarifying, and patching.
- Operation of industrial planetary grinders, propane burnishers, and scarifiers.
- Mechanical concrete polishing and densifying.
- Adherence to strict safety protocols and quality standards on every project.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction projects as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly when not in use.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in flooring installation or related maintenance person experience is essintial.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in construction and flooring work.
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques related to flooring installation is a plus.
- Familiarity with Epoxy types.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
