** Full Time**:

- Payroll Audit Analyst** to support our team at our Uptown Latitude Building in
**New Westminster, BC.** As a payroll Audit Analyst you will be responsible and accountable for performing random audits of all timekeeping processes in all departments in the Fraser Health to ensure that the required controls are followed as per established procedures.

**Build on your education and experience as you**:

- Develops payroll audit review plans for department timekeeping across FH; responsible for and conducts random payroll audits of timekeeping processes such as payment of wages and mileage to ensure that controls are in place, as specified in the timekeeping manuals.
- Identifies payroll timekeeping anomalies and/or discrepancies and conducts additional investigations; provides a written report of the findings to the Manager, Payroll Services for follow up with Internal Audit and the Director, Accounting Services.
- Develops training plans and provides and/or collaborates in specific training sessions to provide support to FH Managers and/or timekeepers to assist them in following the review process and controls; monitors training sessions/plan outcomes to determine if training outcomes meet learning expectations.
- Acts as a resource to Managers on timekeeping matters.

- Financial management certificate or related financial courses, plus Payroll Manager Certification (PMCP) or enrolment at the third level.
- Five (5) years recently related experience in various payroll/financial functions, including experience performing audit reviews and training, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
