This job requires a strong work ethic and is able to effectively manage time to meet deadlines. You must be capable of performing physical labour for long hours in hot, and cold weather. This position also requires you to be hands-on, and equipment operation. Specific Responsibilities: - Housekeeping tasks on lot and in shop - Assist with general shop duties as required - Perform general equipment functions - such as cleaning basic mechanical and safety checks - Monitor and maintain records of inventory of supplies - To not abuse equipment and report equipment that requires servicing or repair - Order supplies that are needed within shop Job Requirements: - Knows how to operate basic hand tools - Valid G licence - Ability to work in cold and hot environments - Knowledge and respect of workshop safety - Knowledge in how to operate heavy equipment - Able to work unsupervised and with a team - Able to meet deadlines - Detail oriented Wage: $18 to $23- Depending on experience - All independently owned and operated franchised businesses operate under the service brands’ marks, trademarks, trade names, logos, emblems, slogans, or other indicia of origin in connection with The Grounds Guys® franchise system within a specified geographical area. Only the independently owned and operated franchised business shall have any interaction with or authority for its business and make all employment related decisions related to its franchised business.
