UP Fundraising is growing and is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Face-to-Face Fundraisers to represent the Doctors Without Borders Canada (MSF).

Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international emergency medical humanitarian organization. The teams of this organization go to where people’s needs are greatest to provide neutral, impartial, and independent emergency healthcare to people affected by disaster, disease, conflict, and exclusion. MSF also bears witness, amplifying patient and staff experiences and speaking out to bring abuses and intolerable situations to the public eye. Human connections are at the heart of their work, and our medical staff can offer care to people in need of assistance thanks to a vast network of staff and supporters.

As a Face-to-Face Fundraiser, you will speak to the public and provide them with the opportunity to donate and support the cause. You will be part of a highly motivated team of street fundraisers dedicated to advocating and educating others about the work we do for our charity partner, Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Canada.

We are looking for an experienced fundraiser to drive success with our fundraising street team(s).

- Who we are looking for:

- Previous direct F2F Fundraising experience - street, malls, or door to door
- Safely engage with the public to inspire them to donate and become monthly supporters.
- Contribute to the campaign’s success by achieving daily fundraising goals.
- Answer donor questions about the charity's programs.
- Ability to engage and motivate others
- A focused mindset with a passionate drive
- A passion for leading from the frontlines and fundraising to achieve personal donor targets
- Someone who wants to advance in their fundraising career
