**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
- Assist in the loading/unloading of machinery, electrical materials and poles, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to promote safety for all team members.
- Collaborate with team members to sustain inventory, prepare materials for trucks to take to sites ie. cut wire, build panels, cut wood, repair electrical parts, etc.
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, adhering to operational guidelines.
- Participate in training session during the day until familiar with materials (approx. 2 weeks), then switch to afternoon/evening shift.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred; must be able to work outdoors year round in all weather conditions ( Reliability is a must)
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Mechanical experience is an asset and use of hand & power tools is necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
