We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The Construction Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and development to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate and communicate with all project stakeholders, including the owner, design team, contractors, and subcontractors
- Manage and supervise the construction team and ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Review and approve project plans and drawings
- Negotiate contracts with contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure that the project complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes
- Handle project changes and resolve any issues that arise during construction
- Prepare reports and updates for the owner and other stakeholders on the progress of the project
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that the project meets all requirements and standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at once
- Proficiency in project management software
- Knowledge of construction laws and regulations

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- NORTH YORK, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
