Holman has an outstanding opportunity for a Credit Card Services Administrator.

What will you do?

Utilization of ARI proprietary systems to manage all day to day responsibilities
Management of electronic data files with initiation, collation and distribution of fleet cards and associated materials.
Fleet card replacement and cancellation management.
Processing of monthly fleet card renewals.
Data entry relating to Federal Gov’t unit set-up, management and termination.
Procurement and management of cardlock products.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Managing competing priorities with flexibility and multitasking skills in a fast paced environment.
Act as a resource, support and back up to the Card Services Supervisor.

What are we looking for?

Proficient in MS Office Programs specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficient and accurate data-entry skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Must have excellent organization skills, detail oriented and ability to multitask
