**Your Day-to-Day**:As a **Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician II**, you’ll:

- Respond to service requests for minor repairs to a wide variety of in-store equipment (HVAC, Refrigeration, beverage & food equipment, ice makers, & fuel dispensers)
- Also handles orders for plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
- Calibrate pumps, dispensers and other equipment in accordance with legal standards
- Recommend when an outside contractor is required
- Manage parts inventory and complete daily reports to ensure efficiency
- Variety of additional duties including training less experienced technicians, prioritizing work, basic maintenance on structures, etc.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- ** Education**: High School Diploma or GED preferred
- ** Experience**: 2+ years in general repairs and maintenance
- Valid Driver’s License
- ** Skills**: Ability to lead team, peer-to-peer tech support, work independently, effective communication, handle stretch assignments, and facility location ownership
