Clinic Concierge

Dr. Rebecca Genuis is passionate about educating and empowering women through her work in preconception care. The clinic is focused on helping women to prepare their bodies for pregnancy and thus have healthier pregnancies and healthier children.

**POSITION OBJECTIVE**:
The Clinic Concierge will be responsible for providing outstanding support (remotely) to patients in the preconception care program (PCCP), and to Dr. Rebecca Genuis. The Clinic Concierge also ensures that overall operations are executed including, sales, client care, customer service, marketing initiatives and administrative duties. Professional marketing support will be provided initially, after which the clinic concierge will maintain ongoing marketing campaigns.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversees the smooth progression of the daily client schedule and co-ordination of online meetings.
- Acts as a resource person to Dr. Genuis
- Establish and manage marketing and social media objectives.
- Update and maintain patient database and Dr. Genuis schedule
- Order and mail out patient packages, lab kits and gifts
- Book follow up appointments as required
- Ensures completion of all paperwork, client forms, client correspondence, etc. in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Assists Dr. Genuis in acquisition of new clients.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.

*This position is a part time role with the opportunity to advance into a full time role. Starting wage is $20/hr depending on experience, with a potential bonus plan to be determined after 3 months.
