Due to our company growth, we are seeking high producing telephone sales reps who are looking for an opportunity to make base salary plus commission. First year targeted income is $70,000+.

The Art Of Management specializes in helping healthcare professionals improve their practices. We are one of the largest and most reputable companies in our industry, with clients located across Canada.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Engage with potential clients over the phone to schedule a Practice Assessment**:

- **Utilize strong communication skills to understand customer needs.**:

- **Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using ACT.**:

- **Continuously seek opportunities for business development and improve sales techniques.**

**Requirements**:

- **Experience getting through the gate keeper on Cold calls**:

- **Excellent communication skills**:

- **Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment**:

- **Proven track record of success consistently closing business**:

- **Comfortable handling a lead full-cycle from qualifying to close**:

- **Open to coaching, adaptable and willing to try new approaches**:

- **English must be perfect**:

- **Working hours 8:30-4:30 Monday - Friday**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $800.00 per week
