What we are looking for:

- Self-motivated (We don't want to micro-manage)
- Strong organizational skills
- Works well with others and can take direction from or lead others
- Mechanically inclined (Experience with basic tools and repairs)
- Can lift up to 60lbs
- Customer service skills
- Able and comfortable on ladders
- Able and comfortable to walk through field and bush areas
- Comfortable with computers
- G Driver's license
- Above all else, we are looking for someone who will fit in with our team We can train you to do a job, but we can't train you to have a great personality and be willing to learn

Primary duties would include:

- Processing the intake, evaluation, quoting and completion of in-house repairs on aeration compressors, fountains, de-icers and windmill compressor.
- Processing online orders from customers and keeping them updated on their orders.
- Packaging and processing orders to ensure our customers receive product in a timely and accurate manner.
- Overseeing order receipt from supplier, ensuring accuracy of product received, repackaging and warehousing. Use of a forklift will be required at time.
- Assembling products and kits to smooth the customer pick up process.
- Maintaining a clean warehouse and shipping area.

Additional duties may also include (depending on need and season)
- Performing field work including maintaining customers ponds on a regular schedule, repairing windmill and air compressor in the field, and installing equipment both on land and in the water.
- Assisting customer with finding products to address the issues they are having with their pond, lake or cottage property
- Updating and working on our e-commerce website.
- And other jobs as we grow.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
