**Kinetic Construction Ltd.** has an opportunity within our Vancouver branch for **Marketing and Communications Coordinator**. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of high strategic communication and engagement plans to support Kinetic’s objectives. This position develops, leads, and oversees high quality print, digital, public relations, and marketing materials for the company. The Marketing & Communications Coordinator, as a part of the BD team, works to implement strategies and tools to improve the flow and quality of information both external and internal.

**Position Specifications**
- A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to Post-secondary degree in a related area such as communications, public relations or marketing and advertising
- 1 - 5 years’ experience in organization communications (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Solid foundation in digital marketing, content marketing, web development, brand guidelines and external and internal communications.
- Highly creative with outstanding graphic design and presentation skills including advanced skills with the following software/technology: Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, WordPress and Excel.
- Ability to prioritize deliverables. High degree of initiative and ability to see projects through to completion.
- Able to work with vendors and service providers (photographers, videographers, web designers).
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce content with a high level of accuracy. Works well both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Personal transportation is required.
