**Summary**

We are seeking a talented Baker to join our team at Snyder's Family Farm. In this role, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods that enhance our visitors' experience. Your contributions will be vital to maintaining our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods including whoopie pies, pastries, and cookies.
- Ensure all food safety standards are followed during food preparation and handling.
- Assist in the packaging of baked goods for sale or distribution.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production of baked items.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within a restaurant or bakery setting.
- Strong baking skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Team player with good communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
