We are seeking to add to our FARM-tastic team. We are looking for **full time bakers/bakers assistants**, who enjoy the fast pace and energy of delivering great food and outstanding customer service. This is a perfect job for someone who enjoys a team environment and being in a country setting. **This job needs to be filled immediately,** and goes til the end of December for our Fall festival and Christmas season. This is a great side hustle for anyone looking to add to their work experience. We are a team environment, looking for individuals who fit well with our vision for growth and sustainability. Great attitude and team mentality are a must

Key Responsibilities include:

- Must have baker/ prep knowledge
- contribute to the creation of new menu items
- Keep work-station clean and follow proper cleaning procedures at end of shift
- Following our food safety standards
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Working in a team environment with the head baker
- **MUST** have transportation to and from the farm, no public transportation available

Qualifications:

- Must have Food Handler’s Training Certification **OR** willing to obtain before first shift
- Must Have 3-5 years food experience in a commercial kitchen environment
- Must be able to adapt to an ever-changing fast paced environment
- Must be able to multi-task
- Strong communication skills are required
- Innovative thinking to help create new crave-able menu items

Other:

- Ability to work a flexible schedule with availability to work, WEEKENDS, evenings and holidays as required
- Ability to stand for 8-12 hour shifts
