**NOW HIRING**:
Parts & Service Advisor

**LOCATION**: Centennial Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Montague PE

**HOURS**: Full Time, permanent position, Mon - Fri, 8am to 5pm, 40 hours per week.

**WAGES**: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour + benefits (negotiable based on experience)

**JOB TASKS**:

- Service Advisor:

- Greet customers in person and by phone in a professional, friendly manner
- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow
- Document customer concerns and vehicle issues clearly
- Communicate service options, timelines, and costs
- Coordinate with technicians and keep customers updated
- Prepare repair orders and collect payments
- Assist the Service Manager with customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Parts Advisor
- Answer parts inquiries and provide quotes
- Receive and bill parts inventory
- Maintain inventory levels and track orders
- Assist technicians with parts requests
- Keep parts area tidy and well-organized
