**About the Role**

As our **Operations Manager**, you will lead and oversee operations across all territories by directing and supporting Territory Managers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring teams are fully trained, equipped, and ready to deliver exceptional service year-round. From pre-season planning to storm event execution, you’ll make operational decisions, manage budgets, and deploy resources effectively to keep our customers satisfied and our crews running smoothly.

This role requires strong field presence, hands-on leadership, and excellent communication with both Territory Managers and senior leadership.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and mentor Territory Managers to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality services.
- Ensure teams are fully staffed, trained, and equipped for success each season.
- Oversee fleet, equipment, and material readiness across all territories.
- Make operational decisions during storm events, including dispatching and resourcing.
- Monitor site quality, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance.
- Manage budgets for labour, materials, and equipment.

**What It Takes to Excel in This Role**
- Strong background in landscaping and snow operations. (+5 years required)
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and operations.
- Valid G driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work in demanding winter conditions.
- Tech-savvy with tools like Fleetio, Viaesys, LMN, GPS (or willing to learn).
- Physically fit and hands-on when needed.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Flexible and available for irregular hours during snow events (nights, weekends, holidays).
