Bolton, Canada FPM Property Maintenance Inc. Full time

The Lawn Maintenance Crew will be responsible for maintaining private and commercial client properties to ensure a manicured and presentable environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all grass areas are trimmed and maintained correctly throughout the summer season as well as overseeing landscaping crew and their work. You will be expected to preform landscaping maintenance duties such as mowing (walker/ push), weed control, edging, aeration, fertilizing, trimming, and spring clean up. This Crew Lead position also requires you to drive a truck and trailer, operate commercial machinery and liaise with upper management and your crew. This position requires employees to work in outside weather conditions and be able to lift and manage heavy equipment.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

- Experience in Lawn Maintenance/ Grass cutting with commercial mowers and equipment
- Experience as a Landscaping/ maintenance Crew Lead is a must
- Ability to drive truck and trailer and valid G class licence is a must
- must have own transportation daily to our yard in Bolton
- Takes pride in work
- Cutting and maintaining lawns and grounds of residential and commercial clients
- Operation of mechanical equipment including commercial mowers, line trimmers and blowers
- Manage equipment maintenance and cleaning
- Hardscape experience (an asset)
- Ability to work in hot weather for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and capability to implement and follow instruction and safe work practices
- Physically fit and capability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team members and management

Please note this position is seasonal however potential for yearly work may be available for dedicated and reliable employees.
