**Summary**

We are seeking a solicitor with experience in real estate, wills and estates, and a particular focus in corporate/commercial transactions, including incorporations, corporate resolutions, share transfer agreements, shareholder agreements, and wealth transfer planning. We are located in a rural community, so exposure to agricultural legal issues would be of great benefit as well. This is a partnership-track position.

**Remuneration**

A competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications will be negotiated.
