KP Building Products (Kaycan) has an exciting career opportunity for a Production Associate based in Acton to join our team. This is a great chance to join a Top Employer and contribute to our growth and success.

**Schedule**:

- ROTATING SCHEDULE EVERY 2 WEEKS: Continental shifts: 3-2-2-3
- 12-hour rotating - 8:00am to 8:00pm / 8:00pm to 8:00am
- Every other weekend off

**Salary starting at: $20.90/h** with regular pay increases
**Premium**:Weekend and Night shift premiums**:$1.00/h**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all product packaged has proper barcode, label, quantity and nesting pattern
- Immediate notification of quality problems to operator, lead hand operator or Supervisor
- Record information on Quality Record Sheets
- Responsible for housekeeping in work area
- Arrive at work station on time and remain at work station until relief arrives
- Assist other operators on the line, as needed
- Follow all plant rules and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Education - Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience - not required, full training will be provided
