Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, the Project Coordinator provides administrative support to the team, and works closely with key stakeholders on project management responsibilities. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, exercising judgement and initiative.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and attend project meetings onsite and prepare and distribute meeting minutes
- Create and manage project calendars with deadline dates
- Monitoring the daily progress of projects
- Coordination of the project intake and prioritization process
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop summarized project plans and status reports to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Clarify specific requirements of each project
- Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
- Planning meetings and organizing project logistics
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of goals
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Working experience in project coordination, office administration, information systems or business administration
- Experience planning, coordinating and tracking projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-orientated and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP)/CAPM certification is an asset (not mandatory)

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
