Our dedicated team provides personalized instruction to help students understand and enjoy math, building confidence and academic success. **Position Overview**: The Education Co-ordinator is responsible for ensuring educational success of each child enrolled at the centre. This includes administering Mathnasium curriculum and managing the student learning environment at the centre. Full time or part time position available. Work hours are 12 pm - 8 pm Monday to Thursday and 10 am - 2 pm on Sundays. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead, coach and train the instructional team - Assess students and set student goals - Communicate student goals and learning plan changes to the instructional staff - Monitor daily student performance and track their goals - Communicate student progress to parents on a regular basis, and as-needed - Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices - Manage student schedules - Other day-to-day operational / administrative duties as needed and assigned **Qualifications**: - Exceptional math competency through Pre-Calculus level - Familiar with the BC Math Curriculum - Excellent interpersonal skills - Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities - Experience in team management or leadership roles - Passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students succeed - Eagerness to learn and be trained **Benefits**: - Competitive salary. - Opportunities for professional development and advancement. - A supportive and collaborative work environment. **How to Apply**: If you are a motivated individual with a passion for education and a strong background in sales and team management, we want to hear from you Please send your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience Join us at Mathnasium of Scott Road and help make a difference in the lives of students **About Mathnasium**: Across North America and all over the world, Mathnasium Learning Centers are committed to teaching children math so that they understand it, master it, and love it. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center.
