**The Opportunity**
Education Coordinator
Do you thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment? ICBA is looking for a highly organized, motivated, Education Coordinator to join our Workforce Development team This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about expanding training programs, driving engagement, and helping grow our industry-leading offerings.
As the Education Coordinator, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our members and clients have access to high-quality, relevant training that strengthens the construction sector and promotes responsible resource development.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive growth by identifying new training opportunities and engaging members
- Support the planning, development, and delivery of industry-leading courses
- Collaborate with the team to assess training needs and enhance offerings
- Ensure smooth execution of training programs to maximize impact
Reporting to the Education Manager, this role is ideal for a proactive professional who’s eager to make a difference while contributing to ICBA’s growth and success. If you’re ready to take on a role that blends development, organization, and sales, we want to hear from you
**Experience/Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in a training or educational environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable using a range of technology and independently troubleshooting/finding solutions to technology-based challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Previous sales experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with the construction industry is an asset.
- Post-secondary education is an asset.

Pay: $65,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
