**Duties & Responsibilities**:
As the provider of creative Digital Ads based on our parcel locker network and Cloud System in Metro Vancouver, Bluemyth has brought new methods of branding and communication. This unique advertisement platform based on the great combination of online and offline exposure will totally change the experience of audiences, and create exclusive impact and engagement attracting the attention of consumers in their condos, apartments, and online digital world.

The Ad Business Manager will be accountable for business development through the introduction of Bluebox Ad’s depth of product and service offering; work with the team to develop sales strategy, methodology, tools, and customer base to build long-term success; provides leadership towards the achievement of the maximum top line, bottom line, and gross margin consistent with company objectives.
- Develop and implement business development strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Take full responsibility to build a strong business pipeline and fulfill the short-term and long-term growth.
- Forecast business growth, track and identify further areas of improvement and propose the necessary resources to pursue it.
- Develop and keep on refining necessary work-related processes, procedures, and materials to facilitate work effectiveness and efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to new customers to sell advertising programs and protect existing advertising.
- Locate and contact potential clients to offer advertising services and provide an excellent customer experience with each point of contact.
- Explain to customers how specific types of advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way possible.
- Identify and propose solutions to target new market opportunities.
- Develop customer base and grow customer loyalty in the region.
- Other duties and projects as required

**Qualifications**:

- At least three years of related work experience
- Good track record
- Good interpersonal skills and a good team player
- Result-oriented and self-motivated
- Can effectively cope with changes and move forward at a fast pace
- Good awareness of feedback, update and informing
- Ability to work independently and reliable to meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
