Social Media Manager – InterTeam - B2B SaaS Ads Agency We are a small B2B advertising agency looking to bring on a social media manager to help us with content posting and management on LinkedIn, YouTube and Reddit. We have a solid amount of website and video content and are looking for somebody with social media skills and a passion for marketing to promote it on the platforms we value Responsibilities Write social media posts for LinkedIn Write social media posts for Reddit Plan and maintain a content calendar for LinkedIn and Reddit Post on LinkedIn daily or every other day Post on Reddit daily or every other day Review and edit content Request images and other creatives from our designers Perform keyword research and optimize YouTube video descriptions Qualifications Understanding of best practices for content posting on LinkedIn, Reddit and YouTube 1+ years of experience writing social media for an ad agency or founder‑led B2B company 1+ years of experience writing content on LinkedIn 1+ years of experience writing content on Reddit 1+ years of experience writing YouTube video descriptions and content Experience with advertising terms and industry knowledge Experience engaging with other profiles to boost our brand's exposure Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing Understanding of B2B SaaS advertising Experience replying to comments and messages on LinkedIn and Reddit Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Position is Monday to Friday, 9:00‑5:00 EST Bonus Skills Copywriting for ads Intangible Traits Competitive Passionate about their work and performance Curious and good at self‑researching solutions Takes notes Compensation We are open to either an entry level candidate or mid level experience with an expected salary in the USD 40‑50k annually depending on experience. Salary will be reevaluated after 3 months.
