Store Manager

**Duties**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure that the store is properly stocked and organized
- Monitor market trends and adjust product offerings accordingly
- Train and supervise store staff to provide excellent customer service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and budgeting

Qualifications:

- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences
- Experience in stock management and inventory control
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a well-structured store layout
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating sales figures
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and report generation
- Professional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and calls

**Salary**: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
