**Job Description Summary**
- As a Hospitality associate you will be representing McMaster University Hospitality Services.
- Experience working fast paced food stations.
- Knowledge of food service stations for station coverage.
- Must be able to work in a very busy environment keeping up with customer demands with a focus on.
- Communicate with customers and co-workers effectively, greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner front line customer service.
- Maintain accurate temperature, cleaning and sanitizing logs.
- Perform all duties of any job classification equivalent or lower filling in where needed to assist in our excellent customer service requirement.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of shelves, work areas, floors, walls, counters and all equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
- Must be able to work well as a team member and independently.
- May be required to take a knife test.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

**Education & Experience**
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced food production area.
- Must have good communication, reading, writing and English skills.
