ABOUT YOU: You are a person that is: - Experienced with coffee and as a barista making incredible quality coffee at high volume - Loves food and is passionate about the craft-Shares our values of integrity, honesty and passion for perfection - Functions perfectly in an extremely busy retail cafe and experience in a very fast paced environment - Embraces and thrives in a team environment - Shows sophisticated customer relationship building skills - Is interesting and able to engage customers - Sets and understands service priorities and hierarchy of prep tasks - Has experience as a barista and/or in coffee making/with wines and beers - Is an honest and direct communicator - Driven by quality and excellence ABOUT US: Forno Cultura was founded in 2013 in Toronto to explore cucina de la campagna, country cooking based on the historic traditions of Italy and old-world Europe but situated in Toronto as a Toronto native brand encompassing the rich mosaic of culinary influences of this unique global city.
