We are in search of a Site Foreman with Equipment Operation experience, and who also will have Earthworks experience to join our busy Demolition Company. The search is for someone who wishes to expand their knowledge in this field. Having a positive attitude is a must. You also must posses a higher than average aptitude and desire for your work. We want you if you are driven, have a high level of attention to detail, punctual, not afraid to work longer hours, and have a can do approach.

Experience in demolition building construction, earthworks, underground works and operating machinery is **required. This is NOT a negotiation.**

Job Specifics;
- High level of organizational skills to build successful teams for completion of project tasks;
- Solid understanding of the building code, safety guidelines and regulations addressing construction projects;
- Strong understanding of construction equipment for inspection, operation and maintenance;
- **Able to safely operate construction machinery**;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to multitask while watching over different teams and activities
- Appropriate problem solving /conflict resolution skills;
- Multiple years (5+) experience in a supervision role within the Demolition Construction industry;
- Ensure that only current project drawings and documents are used;
- Ensure that measuring and testing equipment required for the work area is properly identified, calibrated, adjusted and labelled;
- Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with current codes, standards, operation and maintenance manuals, specifications, drawings etc;
- Ensure that all processes are carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with approved procedures; special procedures; special procedures shall be closely monitored;
- Maintain traceability records as required;
- Completion and verification of daily supervisor’s reports;
- Ensure site and equipment is inspected, used and maintained in accordance with policies and procedures;
- Carry out worksite inspections and ensure appropriate housekeeping is carried out in work areas;
- Ensure the safety and welfare of all personnel, machinery and all company property is of top priority;
- Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and work closely with the Health and Safety Coordinator;
- Site investigations.
