We are currently recruiting for a Kit Coordinator to join our team in Toronto.

Position Profile

The Kit Coordinator ensures kit availability in support of retrofit solutions is managed to meet Customer commitments. This includes not only P&O activity but includes planning fleet-wide stocking to support Airworthiness Directives and other fleet projects (reliability, product improvement, etc) that are introduced over the product life cycle.

Duties & Responsibilities

Plans procurement demand requirements and monitors availability as campaigns progress. Engages with vendors/engineering/quality to ensure material is available with correct certifications for installation on the Aircraft
Works with the program office to understand and ensure the Bill of Materials meets the requirements of the business case
Works with vendors to manage prices, lead time, and availability of the material required
Provides impacts/inputs for pricing of future kits to be developed and supports launch activities with vendors on the implemented procurement exercise
Continuously monitor and report on any backorders to senior management and internal stakeholders of projects

Education & Experience

Bachelors or Equivalent Preferred
2-5 years in Customer Service environment, knowledge of planning/procurement beneficial
