**About the Role**:
We're seeking an experienced **Finish Carpenter** who excels in **interior work**, especially **trim, cabinetry, and detailed finish carpentry**. You’ll be a key part of our renovation team, working on high-end kitchens, bathrooms, and custom interiors throughout the London area. No management or supervisory experience required—just excellent hands-on skill and a sharp eye for detail.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Installing baseboards, crown molding, casing, wainscoting, and other trim
- Building and installing cabinetry, custom shelving, and built-ins
- Performing detailed finish carpentry in kitchens, bathrooms, and interior remodels
- Reading project plans, elevations, and sketches to execute accurate, high-quality work
- Working with a variety of materials (wood, MDF, laminate, etc.) and finishes
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Collaborating with our Lead Carpenter and fellow trades to keep jobs on schedule
- Providing stellar communication, kindness, and respect in every homeowner’s residence
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 5-10 years of experience in residential **finish carpentry**:
- Strong understanding of trim, cabinetry, and fine carpentry techniques
- Experience working on kitchens, bathrooms, and custom interiors
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Takes pride in clean, precise workmanship
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Tools are an asset but not a requirement—we offer a tool allowance
**Job Type**: Permanent, Full-Time
**Salary**: $30-$38/hour (based on experience)
**Benefits**:

- 8-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Some weekends as needed
