As a logistics supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating component handling and distribution activities. You will ensure health and safety, optimize material flows, and support your team in its development. Your goal: to improve productivity and quality by implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

**In this position, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Plan, supervise, and coordinate component handling and distribution activities
- Act as a coach and develop the skills of your unionized team
- Assess labor needs and optimize material flows to support production
- Manage department performance and identify continuous improvement solutions

**With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role**:

- DEC in industrial engineering, manufacturing production, or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years in team management
- A good understanding of manufacturing management practices (Lean manufacturing, Kanban, Kaizen, TPS, 5S)
- Good ability to master computer tools such as Office Suite and ERP software (such as SAP)

- Good knowledge of warehouse management and production logistics (a plus)
