As a supervisor
, you will be at the heart of operational activities and play a key role in optimizing processes and achieving objectives. You will ensure the effective management of the team, while guaranteeing the quality, safety, and productivity of operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate your team to ensure optimal performance.
- Plan and organize work schedules and rotations to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Effectively manage human and material resources.
- Identify and resolve daily operational problems.
- Maintain a safe and motivating work environment.
Your Profile
- College diploma in operations management or a related field related.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in team supervision.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in standard computer applications.
- 100% French – Functional English (communication with other plants).
