**Responsibilities**:

- Daily processing of incoming manual orders in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
- Verifying all details and specifications of each order to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Entry of customer orders through internal system
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to solve issues in an effective and timely manner
- Process change orders, back orders and other order changes to ensure inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Contact customers to ensure satisfaction of order, correction of errors or resolution of any issues
- Filing, data entry and processing of orders and order related information to ensure accurate tracking and data integrity
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service ability
- 1+ years experience in order desk, customer order entry, data entry clerk or like role
- Highly proficient in data entry
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to type 65 to 75 wpm
- Ability to work effectively independently or in a team
- Technological aptitude
- Highschool education or equivalent

Hours of work: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, additional hours may be required based on business needs

In-person only, hours may vary based on customer needs.
