**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Promote and sell footwear products to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor or virtual workspace.

**Requirements**:

- Previous sales experience, preferably in the retail or footwear industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient computer skills to navigate sales software and online platforms.

Work Arrangements:
