**Responsibilities**
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops as per seasonal requirements.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as needed, including moving supplies and equipment.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for various farming activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery, performing basic mechanical maintenance as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including storage facilities for tools and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to execute daily farming operations efficiently.

**Skills**
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and effectively.
- Proficiency in operating power tools and hand tools relevant to farming activities.
- Experience with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with farm machinery.

Strong organizational skills to maintain order in work areas and manage tasks efficiently.

Housing available with proven ability.

Pay: $15.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
