Oakville, Canada CSN Collision Centres Full time

The Field Operations Coordinator will work closely with members of the CSN Field Operations team to support, develop and execute integrated rollouts and program implementations. A significant portion of this role will be acting as the liaison between the Operations team and other departments within CSN to ensure that program roll out and projects are planned, executed and communicated. The Field Operations Coordinator will be required to write and send network wide communications using the chosen CSN communications tool. They will also be responsible for coordinating and follow up of the onboarding of new CSN locations.

The Field Operations Coordinator position reports directly to the National Technical Manager (NTM) but will work closely with other CSN departments.

**Primary objectives of the role**
- Coordinates operational tasks under the direction of NTM
- Engage different departments working together to help them achieve their goal through Operational Initiatives
- Organize project management workflows for assigned projects
- Collaborate with managers to develop and make available procedures, policies and processes to support day to day operations
- Collects and Analyzes data to support CSN Licensees and the Corporate office team and updates company or departmental records
- Conduct general and clerical office tasks
- Coordinate new location onboarding with the Licensee and departments within CSN

**Education and qualifications**
- Experience as a coordinator in a business environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Post-secondary education in a business, project management or field related to the collision repair industry
- 2 years of CRM experience or similar system is an asset
- Bilingual in English and French

**Work environment and other requirements**
- The environment for this role is fast paced and complex, involving urgent timelines, multiple competing priorities and managing numerous stakeholders

**Travel requirements**
- Travel may be required from time to time to corporate events such as team meeting and/ or annual conference
