We are looking for full time staff to start in April (8-10 hour shifts), but are flexible to part time for the right fit.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Ticket sales for various products within Wilson’s Group and Sightseeing Victoria
- Preparing guests for various tours and providing a memorable lasting experience
- Provide guests with information and suggestions for touring Victoria
- Opening and closing duties
- Assisting with projects as needed

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Class 5 Drivers license
- Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to take initiative, multi-task and be adaptable to different aspects of the job
- Willing and able to work outside in various Victoria weather conditions
- Strong sales capabilities
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Experience handling cash, maintaining a cash float and reconciling daily sales
- Knowledge of Victoria and its local attractions is an asset, additional training will be provided
- Tourism experience and other languages is an asset but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
