As a Lead Photographer/Videographer, your role will be to create capturing content with the objective of engaging our target audience and inspire them to visit our physical location or e-commerce to shop our products.

Visual and refreshing storytelling which excites emotion, and uplift the consumer spirit while connecting it to our brand is essential. Your knowledge and expertise in Photography and Videography, combined with your creative and catchy storytelling abilities will increase our social media followers and improve our brand presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take lead in required photography/videography requirements from idea to finish
- Operate a range of video/photography equipment, and iPhones, to capture high-quality footage.
- Work closely with the marketing team/contractors in order to produce high quality and engaging content which meets the objectives of our brand.
- Film engaging content at both our jewelry store locations, as well various locations across the GTA.
- Work and direct talent and collaborate with team members during photoshoots and video to achieve the desired mood and style of our brand.
- Keep up to date with industry standards and trends, new and innovative tools as well provide recommendations which can excel the companies objectives.
- Ensure all video content aligns with our company objectives and brand image.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years experience as a professional photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your storytelling skills and ability to capture compelling visuals.
- Creative storytelling and visual composition abilities.
- Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- A strong understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and other critical visual storytelling elements..
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
