Videographer

**Job Posting: Videographer in Toronto, ON**

Hosper Mortgage is a Financial Service company in Toronto, ON. We are partnered with a prominent Ontario mortgage brokerage located in the GTA. We are looking to hire a full time videographer/video editor to work between both headquarters to produce video content for each of the brands.

This role is heavily detail and organization focused. Day-to-day duties in this role include working alongside Hosper's Marketing Lead to brainstorm, film, edit, and post video content. Success in this role would be measured by your overall attention to detail and level of organization, and ability to understand the vision of our brands and generate ideas for video content that aligns with our objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and post social media content (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Stay on top of the marketing calendar, ensuring material is ready to send and deadlines are being met.
- Build, grow and curate client databases for our investors, brokers, and partners.
- Assist with reserving locations for events.
- Update marketing materials including investor packages, flyers, broker information kits, and more.

**Requirements, Skills, and Experience**:

- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to transport yourself between offices is required.
- Minimum 1 year experience filming and editing videos is required.
- Ability to work extended hours into the evenings to film at events is required.
- A bachelor’s degree is required, with specialty in a relative field beneficial.
- An ongoing knowledge of media and industry trends is expected.
- Experience with social media marketing and strategy work is a plus.
- Experience with set design, lighting, audio, and other filming elements is a plus.
- Experience writing captions, designing thumbnails, or setting up social media ads is a plus.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint is a plus.
- A positive attitude with the ability to take feedback and make improved revisions to material will set you up for success.
- An affinity for technology, process improvement, and automation will set you up for success.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
