**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments like micro-needling, peels, facials, laser hair removal etc.
- Provide personalized consultations to clients, assessing their skin types and recommending appropriate treatments and products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized according to health regulations.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting skincare products and upselling services during client interactions.
- Conduct product demos to educate clients on the benefits of various skincare products.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and outstanding customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in skincare techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Valid aesthetician license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience in the beauty industry, particularly in skincare treatments atleast for 1 year.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with retail sales practices and upselling techniques is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism.
- A passion for skincare and helping clients achieve their beauty goals.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 22 per week
