**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of aesthetic services including all type of facials, micro-needling, laser hair removal, etc.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on proper skincare routines and product usage.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting products that align with clients’ needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and ensure satisfaction with services rendered.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty treatments and techniques to provide high-quality services.

**Requirements**:

- Valid aesthetician license as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience in providing aesthetic services; experience in laser hair removal, facials, micro needling.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and experience in product demos is a plus.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards within the treatment area.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continue learning about new products and techniques.
- Previous experience in hair styling is advantageous but not mandatory.
